  • What Will You Learn

    Nail anatomy, diseases and disorders, infection control, occupational hazards, equipment and products, service protocols, e-file and hand filing techniques, product application, tips and form application, fills and maintenance, nail bitters, and more.

  • Hands-on Experience

    To ensure a high-quality learning experience, homework will be required. This course requires 12 full sets and 12 fills as practicum assignments, which you will submit online into the class portal for review by your instructor.

  • Mentoring

    One-on-one coaching during and after class from our certified educators. You are not on your own, you will have access to your educator via email, text, cell phone and forums to talk to other students. INT educators are there to help you every step of the way.

  • Kit Included

    The INT Professional Nail Technician course includes a generous kit with all the supplies needed to complete your studies. Your kit will be mailed to you via Canada Post, unless other arrangements are made.

  • Recomended Supplies

    In addition to the kit, INT recommends the purchase of a professional electric file and practice hand. These items may be purchased at the time of registration on the INT sales site.

  • Duration

    This course is self-directed so completion times may vary. 8-10 weeks is the expected time needed to complete this course. You are given 12 months to complete all requirements.

INT Professional Nail Technician course is an introductory program designed to teach the fundamentals of professional nail enhancements. You will learn the foundation of creating beautiful nails with gel and acrylic product lines. 

Start Dates

Immediately upon registration and receipt of payment. This self-directed course lets you work at your own pace on your own schedule.

Online Resources

INT's amazing instructors have recorded detailed demonstration videos which you can watch as many times as you like. With printable step-by-step guides, troubleshooting, and quick reference guides you are sure to succeed. Once you have completed the course, you will be able to download a course manual for future reference.

Models

Models are required for assignments, classes and exams. Obtaining models is the responsibility of the students.

Exams

All final exams will be held in person at the Edmonton location or online via zoom once all requirements have been met.
