Classroom Study

  • What You Will Learn

    Nail anatomy, diseases and disorders, infection control, occupational hazards, equipment and products, service protocols, product knowledge, traditional and gel polish application and more.

  • Hands-on Experience

    To ensure a high-quality learning experience, homework will be required. This course requires 10 pedicures as practicum assignments, which you will submit online into the class portal for review by your instructor.

  • Mentoring

    One-on-one coaching during and after your course from our certified educators. You are not on your own, you will have access to your educator via email, text, cell phone and forums. INT educators are there to help you every step of the way.

  • Kit

    The INT Professional Pedicure course includes a generous kit with all the supplies needed to complete your studies. Your kit will be available at time of your class.

  • Duration

    This course includes 5 hours of classroom study but is self-directed so completion times may vary. 4-6 weeks is the expected time needed to complete this course. You are given 6 months to complete all requirements.

INT's Professional Pedicure course is  an introductory program designed to teach the fundamentals of performing a pedicure on your client in a salon setting. This course includes protocols for a traditional service plus paraffin wax treatments and gel polish application.

 

Start Dates

Are scheduled every week, usually on Sundays or Mondays for your convenience. Small class sizes, no more than 4 students.

Models

Are required for classes and exams.

Exams

All final exams will be held in person at the Edmonton location or online via Zoom once all requirements have been met.
